Ironworkz proudly stands behind the quality of all products
sold on this site. Within 30 days of receiving your order,
you may return the item(s) you purchased to the Ironworkz
business address. We accept all items back in their original
condition and refund you the cost of the items purchased,
but NOT the shipping and handling charges. Ironworkz will
ONLY refund the shipping and handling charges if the return
is a result of our error. Ironworkz does not assume responsibility
for the cost to ship a return back to the warehouse. If you
have mistakenly placed an order or would like to return your
order for any other reason, be sure that it is within 30 days
of receipt and follow the instructions below. Items that are
downloaded or copied electronically fall under the “Returns
Policy”.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns more than 30 days after receipt.
In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly
or shipped you a defective item, we will either refund you
the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping costs,
or reship your order. To receive a refund you must return
the incorrect order or defective items to the distribution
address. Ironworkz is not responsible for the shipping charges
associated with returning these items.
Returning an item to Ironworkz is simple. Follow these steps:
- Email returns@ironworkz.co.nz
with your order number and indicate your reason for the
return or exchange
- A customer service representative will review your request
and will, if appropriate, issue you a Returns Materials
Authorization (RMA) number
- Include an explanation on the packing slip (or note)
and indicate your name, address, phone number, order number
and RMA number
- Wrap the package securely*
- Ship to this address:
Ironworkz Limited PO Box 331483, Takapuna, Auckland,
New Zealand.
* For your protection, we suggest you send your returns with
an insured carrier (i.e. Federal Express or UPS) as Ironworkz
cannot track your package and is not responsible for items
lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
We can only process refunds for items purchased from Ironworkz.
Once you have been issued an RMA number and your return has
been received, we will issue a refund in the same form of
original payment used for the purchase within 5 business days.
All money order sales are final, no refunds are available.
If the return is NOT the result of an Ironworkz error, we
will refund the cost(s) of the items purchased but NOT the
shipping and handling charges. All returns will be applied
to the credit card used to make the purchase. Refunds will
NOT be issued without an RMA number. To track the statuses
of your refund please contact us at returns@ironworkz.co.nz
and reference the RMA number issued from our customer service
representatives.
Exchanges
We can only process exchanges for items purchased from Ironworkz.
Once you have been issued an RMA number and your exchange
has been received, we will reship your order with the correct
exchanged merchandise within 5 business days. Your exchange
will be reshipped and will arrive within 7 – 21 business
days. Exchanges will NOT be issued without an RMA number.

Reshipments
Orders that contain a shipping address deemed "bad/invalid"
by our couriers will be shipped back to Ironworkz. These orders
can be reshipped to the customer; however an additional shipping
and handling fee (equal to the original shipping and handling
charges) will apply. Reshipments will be sent via the same
method chosen in the original order unless complications force
otherwise. In order to prevent "bad/invalid" addresses
from occurring please verify all shipping and billing information
before placing your order.
